Hey,
Thanks for signing up to my newsletter for founders. And thanks to my friend Michal for sponsoring:
How did this app save time and money validating their mobile strategy?
Uptime Monitoring implemented push notifications to alert users about outages.
At their customers’ request, they also designed a native widget showing live SLA metrics, perfect for founders to share during conversations and demos.
All done with Appio.so in under an hour.

Gummy Search shutting down
Fed is shutting down Gummy Search after growing it to $35k.
He couldn't get permission to use the Reddit API so he's closing the app to new customers
"GummySearch relies on Reddit’s API to generate its real-time audience insights.
While GummySearch has been working with Reddit to obtain a commercial license for compliant access to Reddit's Data API, we were not able to reach an agreement that aligns with Reddit's Data API Usage policies.
As a result, GummySearch must become a non-commercial product by the end of November or shut down."
