Hi there,
Thanks for signing up for my founder newsletter. I met a founder in Edinburgh today I know from X. His name is Kal and he's just moved back here. Always better meeting in person!
Thanks to Alex for sponsoring today.

Lovable agency acquired
While devs have been debating vibe coding, other people have been out there making money from it. Congrats to Jacob for selling his Lovable agency Creme Digital. He was only 17 when he made it.
Less talking, more doing.

SEO backlink tip
A nice tip from Ian here. To be honest I get a lot of AI cold emails and they are annoying. So I would get AI to check for backlink opportunities but then do the cold email myself.
AI emails are easy to ignore.

Charlie vibe codes a membership portal
Charlie runs Ramen Space, a coworking and online community for founders. He's working on building a membership portal for people like me who are in his group. I think this is another cool AI use-case.
Someone who isn't a programmer but knows products can now build software for their business they wouldn't have been able to code from scratch.

Claude startup credit
I've seen a few founders talking about getting credits from Anthropic this week. You can get a free year of Claude Team and/or $1,000 in API credits: https://claude.com/resources/articles/were-expanding-the-claude-startups-program-to-help-founders-build
I've been re-designing my websites
A post from my friend Thomas today convinced me to do some vibe coding. I upgrade my Claude plan so I could use Opus 5.5, a model that came out two weeks ago. I was able to fix some CSS errors on my ghostwriting page so it looks and works a lot better now.
I also starting vibe coding a Linkedin tool which I'll release soon!
And I have been improving the newsletter signup page for High Signal. I have (controversially) removed the nav bar and footer so there are less distractions and just a single task for the user: sign up to the newsletter.
Still some work to do but I feel this is a lot better!
