Hi there,
Thanks for signing up for my founder newsletter.
And cheers to John for sponsoring today's edition. He's launching on Product Hunt today.

News
Stripe news
Lots of news from the Stripe conference happening this week in San Francisco. It's cool to see lots of indie hackers like Marc Köhlbrugge in attendance. Here are some of the changes coming:
• Stripe Managed Payments (aka their merchant of record) is now available to everyone
• Stripe Treasury will let you hold money and stablecoins. You'll be able to transfer money to US businesses for free and spend money with a Stripe card. (US and UK only just now)
• You can sell products through AI agents
• Checkout Studio lets you edit all your checkout pages in one place

$10,520 for JobBoardly
JobBoardly, a SaaS for running job boards, made over $10k last month. It's smart that they have a feature which paywalls jobs, as that seems to be the main way job boards are making money now that there is more demand from job seekers than employers (in tech, at least).

Zero to Mastery is free just now
Lots of people I've interviewed for No CS Degree have used ZeroToMastery to learn to code and it's 100% free just now. The offer ends on the 10th of May.
Webflow adds vibe coding features
You can now vibe code tools and features within Webflow (affiliate).
For instance, you can ask it to build a quiz and it will make it for you. I think this is bad news for anyone in the Webflow templates business.

Skip the gatekeepers
A pretty wild story about the power that gatekeepers of places like Reddit have. Don't have a business that relies on keeping in the good graces of a gatekeeper.

X phishing scam
A British economist blogger sharing a phishing scam aimed at stealing your X account.

Funny post of the week
Sorry, nothing funny happened this week.
